Engine 404

Engine 404, 2019 Spartan/Toyne 1,500 GPM pump with 1,000 gallon booster tank.  Engine 404 was purchased from Weis Fire Equipment & Safety as a demonstrator truck for $428,000 in January of 2019.  MFR took delivery of the truck June 5th, 2019.

   

 It has a Spartan Metro Star MFD cab, 380 hp Cummins engine, Allision 3000 EVS 6 speed automatic transmission,  1500 GPM Hale Q-max pump with a 1,000 gallon water tank.  It is equipped with a Harrison 8 kw hydraulic generator, 800 feet of 5" LDH, 800 feet of 3" hose & a 1250 GPM TFT monitor.  The ladders include a 10' attic, 14' roof, & 24' extension mounted midship in the tank.  This truck cost $449,000 with new hose, Bullard Thermal Imager Camera & LED portable lighting.  It is owned by the City of Mulvane.
